Just more than two and a half years ago, Ann and I decided to get into the gourmet food business with Plush Puffs. She came from the food side, I came from the business side. And we thought “wow, this is going to be fun!”. Well, it has been fun, and it’s been an enormous learning experience. We’ve learned lots of lessons along the way, met a lot of interesting people, and had some great experiences. We thought it would be fun and informative to share some of the things we learn along the way, some of the companies that we meet and like, and other interesting tidbits. So here we go!
