To Your Heart’s Content

Some of us Plush Puffers have been obsessed this week with the Mini Caramel Bites available at Trader Joe’s by Daelmans. These are also known as “Stroopwafels” to those who have ever been to Amsterdam and decided that these thin waffle cookies with a layer of caramel in between them make an excellent and delicious breakfast (note, I did not say nutritious). And what’s better than a caramel/waffle cookie? TWO caramel/waffle cookies with chocolate and a marshmallow in between them!

Ingredients:
Caramel Swirl Plush Puffs Gourmet Marshmallows
Daelmans Mini Caramel Bites from Trader Joe’s
Milk chocolate bars or Nutella to really get European

Directions:
Place one Caramel Bite cookie on a plate. Place a chocolate square about the same size of the cookie on top of the cookie, or spread the cookie with Nutella. Toast up one or two Caramel Swirl Plush Puffs (some toasting guidelines for you) and place on top of the chocolate/Nutella. Top the Plush Puffs with a second Caramel Bite cookie.
