S’more of the Week: Spicy Cinnamon

This week we announced the first of our new Special Limited Edition Plush Puff flavors – Sydney’s Cinnamon. This fabulous flavor is usually only available in bulk, but for a short time, we’re packaging it in our retail boxes. These taste fantastic in hot chocolate making them a great pairing with some mugs as a Valentine’s Day gift. But they also make for some fabulous s’mores. This week’s s’more recipe uses some very special chocolate from our friends at Poco Dolce, Aztec Chile chocolate “tiles” that are made of bittersweet chocolate with cinnamon, ground chiles, roasted pumpkin seeds and topped with grey sea salt. These highlight the sweet cinnamon of our Sydney’s Cinnamon Plush Puffs and make a great s’more.

Ingredients:
8 Cinnamon graham crackers halves or 8 snickerdoodle cookies
8 Sydney’s Cinnamon Plush Puffs
4 Poco Dolce Aztec Chile tiles

Place 4 graham cracker halves or 4 snickerdoodles on a plate. Top each with an Aztec Chile tile. Toast up the Plush Puffs over an outdoor fire or over a gas stove (reminder of our recommended toasting techniques here). Put two toasted Plush Puffs on top of the chocolate tiles. Top the s’mores with another graham cracker half or another snickerdoodle cookie.
