I was seriously craving chocolate this week.  Maybe it was withdrawal from the massive amounts of delish offerings from the Winter Fancy Food show in January.  So the solution was this perennial favorite of Plush Puffs.
Ingredients:

A good, buttery cookie with chocolate.  We like the Petit Ecoliers in the picture

Strawberries. Marshmallows. Purty, fancy cookies.  Sounds like romance to me!!!
Ingredients

Florentine cookies with chocolate such as Trader Joe’s Lacey’s
Thinly sliced strawberries
Chocolate Chipetta Plush Puffs

Plush Puffs’ President and Head Chef Ann was inspired this week to create this caramel-y delicacy.  Now, how do I get her to make it for me……..
Ingredients:

2 slices of Granny Smith apples (cut about 1/2″ thick)
6-10 Vanilla Caramels
Caramel Swirl Plush Puffs (about 2)
