Plush Puffs’ President and Head Chef Ann was inspired this week to create this caramel-y delicacy. Now, how do I get her to make it for me……..
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Granny Smith apples (cut about 1/2″ thick)
- 6-10 Vanilla Caramels
- Caramel Swirl Plush Puffs (about 2)
- Toasted Pine Nuts (optional)
Arrange the sliced apples on a plate. Melt the caramels in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds. Drizzle the caramel over the apples and top with the Caramel Swirl Plush Puffs. Using a chef’s torch or a small broiler, brown the marshmallows until just gooey (do not over brown as they will turn into a puddle), sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and enjoy!!
